Where we ship
Deep Dive Goggles ships worldwide, with tracked delivery to most countries.
Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on
weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll get a
confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Estimated delivery times (additional to processing time; estimates only):
• Australia: 7–15 business days
• New Zealand, UK, US & Canada: 10–20 business days
• Rest of world: 12–25 business days
Shipping costs
Any shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may incur import duties or taxes from your local customs
authority. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included at checkout.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, or
events outside our control. We're not liable for carrier delays but will always
help you track and resolve any issue.
