Where we ship

Deep Dive Goggles ships worldwide, with tracked delivery to most countries. Orders are packed and shipped by our supplier, Winait Technologies Limited, in Shenzhen, China.

Order processing

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

Delivery usually takes 10 to 14 business days after dispatch. Checkout shows your estimated delivery dates before you pay. These are estimates and can run longer during customs checks or busy seasons.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may incur import duties or taxes from your local customs authority. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included at checkout.

Delays

Customs, carriers or events outside our control can sometimes slow a delivery. If yours is running late, email us and we'll track it down with you.
